	Anthony Pearlgood Managing Director anthonypearlgood@phs.co.uk Anthony Pearlgood is Managing Director of PHS Datashred. Previously, Anthony was the founder and owner of Confidential Destruction Services Ltd, which he built into one of the leading shredding companies in England, before selling the business to PHS. Prior to this, Anthony worked in various senior positions within the security and recycling industry. Anthony is currently Chairman of the BSIA Information Destruction section and is a regular spokesman for the industry in the media.
	Stephanie Hutchings Business Sector Managing Director (Waste and Confidential Data) stephaniehutchings@phs.co.uk Steph Hutchings joined PHS Group over 25 years ago, and is currently overseeing the Waste and Confidential Data sections of the Group. With an honours degree in Applied Biology and a diploma in Company Directorship from the Institute of Directors, Steph has worked across all functions of the PHS Group, including operations and sales.
	Stewart Bowles Operations Director stewartbowles@phs.co.uk Stewart Bowles is Operations Director of PHS Datashred. Stewart has been in the confidential destruction industry for over 20 years and joined PHS Datashred initially as a consultant after selling his very successful shredding company, On Time Secure Destruction & Recycling Ltd, to the Group in 2008. Prior to selling the business to PHS, Stewart worked in various senior positions within the security shredding and recovered paper industry.
	Debbie Pugh Head of Customer Retention (Waste and Confidential Data Sector) Debbie has worked for PHS since 2001, and is responsible for customer service strategy through the Waste and Confidential Data sector, ensuring we retain business by providing the best possible service to our customers. Debbie was delighted when PHS Datashred was awarded the ICS accreditation on its first attempt, and is focused on sharing best practice with all divisions in the sector.
	Andy Redgrave Regional Operations Manager - South andyredgrave@phs.co.uk Andy Redgrave has worked in the shredding business since 1998, specialising in mobile shredding, working his way up from Sales Support to Operations Manager for Shredaway. In October 2006 Shredaway was purchased by PHS and Andy was given the role of Depot Manager at Cuffley. Andy was thrilled when he was promoted to Regional Operations Manager for the South region.
	Ian Walsh National Transport Operations Manager ianwalsh@phs.co.uk Ian Walsh spent 7 years in the Royal Navy as a Weapons Engineer, before joining Shredaway Ltd, a fledgling mobile security shredding company based in Watford. Shredaway was purchased by PHS in October 2006 and at that time he was responsible for all things transport related, as well as co-ordinating all Health and Safety requirements. Ian is now responsible for the National Transport Operation of PHS Datashred and enjoys the challenge of driving standards forward in all aspects of Road Transport and Health and Safety Practices.
	Paul McDonald Commercial Manager - National Account Management paulmcdonald@phs.co.uk Paul McDonald joined PHS in 2002 from the linen hire industry, managing two sites in the South East of England. Paul joined as a Regional Manager in the Washrooms business overseeing 12 depots across the South of the UK with a turnover of £20 million. Paul moved into the Datashred business in 2005 in an operational management role, and has been with the business through its growth period. Paul is currently heading up the National Account Management team, helping to ensure a smooth service for our National Account clients.
	Alistair Dicken Head of Corporate Sales alistairdicken@phs.co.uk Alistair joined PHS in 2007, initially in a cross-divisional selling role across the various waste management divisions of the PHS Group. In 2008 he was brought into PHS Datashred as Head of Key Accounts. In 2011 Alistair became Head of Corporate Sales, heading up our Key/National Account new business sales team. Before joining PHS, Alistair was National Accounts Director for Ambius, part of Rentokil Initial. He has worked for 17 years in the B2B Service Sector, since graduating with an honours degree in Business Studies in 1994.
	Georgina Lambourne Administration Manager georginalambourne@phs.co.uk Georgina Lambourne joined PHS in 1983 as an Administrator, working in various roles at the head office in Caerphilly until 1997, when she was promoted to IT Helpdesk Manager. Georgina then moved to our PHS Greenleaf division in 1999 as a Support / Project Manager. Seconded to the fledgling Datashred division in early 2007, Georgina initially worked on adapting existing PHS systems to work effectively for the new division. She was promoted to Administration Manager for PHS Datashred in 2008 and her responsibilities encompass income and credit management.
	Caroline Williams Marketing Manager carolinewilliams@phs.co.uk Following the completion of her Marketing degree, Caroline worked in Local Government, before joining PHS in 2006 as Marketing Executive for the Greenleaf and Teacrate divisions within the Group. After two promotions, and working for a variety of different divisions, products and service offerings, Caroline is now Datashred's Marketing Manager. Based at PHS Head Office in Caerphilly, Caroline manages Datashred's websites, literature, advertising, photography, campaigns and communications.
