"PHS Datashred has been our nominated destruction/recycling company for around 4 years. We require a company with a good reputation for handling sensitive documents and media. In our case this involves counterfeit DVDs and paper parts. These items have been seized as a result of Police and Trading Standards enforcement.

"When I contact the Datashred depot by phone to arrange a collection, they send a suitable vehicle with a tail lift to collect the items, leaving a collection note.

"I have found their telephone response service prompt, and the operations staff are always helpful, and have always arrived on the specified date and time. The drivers are helpful and polite, and the goods are loaded safely and efficiently.

"On the odd occasion, I have taken a small van load to the depot myself, at Crayford in Kent, loaded with seized goods. On arrival, my details are checked before I'm allowed to park in the yard. The PHS Datashred staff then unload the contents in a matter of minutes. All in all, very efficient customer service."
