History

PHS Group’s dedication to being the leading workplace service provider for its customers meant we wanted to ensure we covered every aspect of workplace management. One of the new services we were keen to offer was the secure destruction of confidential data. We understood the implications of important information falling into the wrong hands, and as such, in November 2004 PHS Datashred was formed.

Since 2004, PHS Datashred has grown rapidly and is now proud to offer a national service to our customers via 14 secure locations across the UK. We are able to offer a national service to larger companies as well as a personalised local service for smaller companies.

Our Service

We carry out a 'needs analysis' before recommending and implementing a new service. We work with you to train your staff in order to make your office recycling system successful. We provide you with a full audit trail and management reporting so you can monitor your recycling performance, and subsequently make improvements.

Our Quality Management System is regularly inspected by the British Standards Institute as well as other industry accreditation bodies.

All our staff are security vetted to BS7858 standard giving customers peace of mind that their confidential information is in safe hands.
