Closed Loop Recycling
Our services are designed to help our customers improve their environmental performance by ensuring that once shredded, all paper waste is recycled. Not only this, we also offer our customers a ‘Closed Loop’ recycling service for all paper destroyed.
Closed Loop Recycling describes the system where recyclable material is converted into a new recycled product and that product is then reused at the location from where it was first collected.
Paper can account for 60-80% of the total waste produced by a typical office according to WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme). We collect, shred and bale the paper, which will be sent to a mill for conversion back into paper products. This paper can then be procured by your company to complete the Closed Loop system.
The overall process is easy, cost effective and great for your environmental performance. Your staff will be much more likely to get involved in your recycling initiatives if they can see a usable product being made out of their waste paper.
