PHS Datashred provides an approved, secure collection and off site shredding service and is an ISO9001 company (incorporating BS EN 15713:2009 - the security shredding standard), which gives you peace of mind that your confidential information is handled in a timely and compliant manner.
Your confidential information is collected in secure vehicles which are satellite tracked, before being shredded off site. The collection will take place at a pre-agreed time and date.
Our Off Site Shredding Service
- A receipt is issued on collection of the confidential material
- Certificate of Destruction issued to you when the materials are destroyed
- We employ reliable and professional uniformed staff
- All staff are carefully vetted to BS7858 security standard and CRB checked
- We shred virtually anything containing confidential information, including paper, documents, files, videos, hard drives, contraband and off-spec products
- All shredded material is recycled
- A Recycling Certificate is issued upon completion
- Full Audit Trail and Management reporting is available
